Jessica Queen

Jessica Queen is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. As a physician-scientist, Jessica’s goal is to combine her clinical skills and research endeavors to improve patient health. Her laboratory work focuses on the gut microbiome and its effect on the development of colon cancer, as well as altering responses to treatment. In parallel to her efforts at the lab bench and in the hospital, Jessica enjoys mentoring students from backgrounds historically excluded from science and medicine.
